Dr. Burstein is an in-network provider with Medicare. She also accepts clients who don’t have Medicare and will bill for out of network services as appropriate. Dr. Burstein also accepts clients who prefer to pay for physical therapy out of pocket.
One-hour Initial Evaluation
Medical history intake
Assessment of strength, balance, endurance, posture, and any other impairments
Personalized plan of care, goal setting, and home exercise program
Price: In-network coverage for Medicare clients or $200 for clients paying out of pocket
45-minute Treatment Session
Tailored treatment focused on client's impairments to help reach goals
Therapeutic exercises and activities, including: balance training; endurance training; gait, stair and transfer training; stretching/flexibility; and caregiver training and education as appropriate
Price: In-network coverage for Medicare clients or $150 for clients paying out of pocket
10-Session Package
Ten 45-minute treatment sessions (post evaluation) for clients paying out of pocket or for continued wellness program after discharge
