Services

Dr. Burstein is an in-network provider with Medicare. She also accepts clients who don’t have Medicare and will bill out of network services as appropriate. In addition, Dr. Burstein accepts private pay arrangements.

One-hour Initial Evaluation

• Medical history intake

• Assessment of strength, balance, endurance, posture, and any other impairments

• Personalized plan of care, goal setting, and home exercise program

50-minute Treatment Sessions

• Tailored treatment focused on client's impairments to help reach goals 

• Therapeutic exercises and activities, including: balance training; endurance training; gait, stair and transfer training; stretching/flexibility; and caregiver training and education as appropriate
